Blue Sheep are among the Snow Leopard's favorite food. They're quite common in Hemis National Park and very photogenic!

Below is another Blue Sheep group that was on the China side of the Himilyan Mountains. That is a red fox trying to seperate a young sheep from the herd to make a meal out of it. The mother did a fantastic job protecting her baby until the larger males could get involved and the fox backed off. We watched for quite a while and the fox just sat nearby waiting for another opportunity. We left not knowing how it eventually ended.
