Long-tailed Ground Squirrel in Mongolia. There are many ground squirrels like this one across most of the planet. It's a very successful design, I guess. I wasn't going to put this one on my site given it's similar to many other species, but the eyes on this one are just so sweet. Cute little bugger, real innocent look on it's face.
