Marbled Cat are stunningly beautiful wild cats found in many rainforests of SE Asia. They are often found high up in trees sleeping. Unfortunately, I could not get the focus right before this one took off. Ugh! I needed just a minute more to stabilize my camera on a tripod to get this. What's worse, this is the second one I've seen and couldn't get a good pic of. Below is a marbled cat that ran down the trail in front of me in the middle of the day. Ugh!!! Oh well. Maybe I'll get lucky with this beauty in some other park someday.
