Lots of big snakes in Asia. Above is a Blood Python. These are short, fat, non-venomous snakes. This one was along the river's edge at night.

Reticulated python! This was a lot larger than it looks from this picture. I'd say nearly 4 meters (12~13 feet). This one was also out along the river's edge at night.
