People had told me this is a Russel's Viper. I was with a tour group walking around Rintja looking for Komodo dragons. I happen to look down to see this deadly viper as the girl behind me stepped right on it with sandals on! She was lucky it couldn't turn quick enough to bite her so isolated from medical help!
