The Kea is the world's only Alpine parrot. While it has the look of a parrot, it's got the smarts and personality of a raven or crow.
They're brilliant. They work alone or in teams, solve problems and get creative about finding food. They're aggressive and have tourists figured out.
Unfortunately, they're also destructive and love wrecking things for fun. Windshield wipers, wires and anything else chewable is fair game.
