This is a Baird's Tapir. There are 4 different species of Tapir. The most common is the lowland Tapir which you can see by clicking here.
The lowland Tapir has a smaller nose and big, obvious shoulders. It seems to be designed for eating up higher on bushes, etc.
This Baird's Tapir in the shot above is much less common and only occurs in Central America. It's much more obviously designed for eating lower like grazing.
